For the past 30 years, my life has been defined by the view through a camera lens. I’ve had the privilege of photographing almost everything—from the fast-paced world of magazine fashion and still life, to the high-energy glamour of weddings, intimate elopements, food, products, and corporate headshots.

Every single shoot has taught me how to chase light, perfect a composition, and capture atmosphere. But more than anything, it taught me that the most powerful images are the ones that happen when people forget the camera is there.

As a mother to three wonderful, independent daughters, I know firsthand how quickly the days blur together. The photos I cherish most today are the accidental ones—the chaotic, quiet, and ordinary moments of our daily lives. My only regret is that as the person holding the camera, I was rarely a part of those visual memories.

That is why I created this documentary style. I want to give your family the gift I wish I had: an honest, beautiful record of your family unit living life together.

When I’m in your home, I’m not there to judge the dishes in the sink or the everyday stresses of parenting—I’ve been there, and I know it’s a beautiful, fleeting flash of time. I’m simply there to find the art in your reality, wrapping it up in a timeless black-and-white capsule that you can revisit forever.
